We put $2000 in allowance for skirting and they wont let us use the money

We purchased a new doublewide from Legacy. Our saleslady was Tobi. We put $4000 for a concrete foundation and another $2000 for hookups and another $2000 for Skirting. We got the foundation and the hookups but were stuck paying for the skirting out of our own pocket. We have called numerous times to try and get reimbursed for the cost or have them pay the home depot bills direct. Brandon says we do not have any money left coming to us. This has drug on for almost 2 years and we are getting no where. I would never give them my business again. Dont buy from them or you will get ripped off.

Unfortunately, this is not a review for Legacy the manufacturer. Sounds like your troubles involved a dealership not owned by Legacy. Please review them and remove this from ours.

How about you talk with your dealer to see whats going on. Why are they stealing from customers who are buying your homes? They are located next door in case you need their address.

The doors in my house all lets in air

All the door in my new homes lets air in . The French door doesn't open and close it stick at the bottom. the front screen door as a gap at the top about 3/4 by 8 inches long. The very back door has a gap about 1" at the top that does not close. Where house is joined together it is all mess up at the top. I need chalking around the kitchen and guess bathroom sinks. At the bottom where the carpet joins is put together bad. I think that they need to be fixing all of our problem. I am going to call the new station. I am very disappointed in Legacy

REFUND NOT

We looked at purchasing a home through them beginning in January 2013. On Jan. 3, 2013 I took in a partial down payment. I was given a "receipt" and told to let them know when we could bring the rest. Well one thing led to another and we were told several different...

This review has nothing to do with Legacy the manufacturer. Please remove. Hopefully you did receive your down payment back though!

I bought a new Legacy 32 X 60 double wide in late 2008 to replace the one destroyed by hurricane Ike. Big mistake. Within a few months I began discovering structural problems. It started with humps in the floors and progressed to bowed walls, cracked siding, and now...

I bought this home in April 2012 and all appliances have quit working and replaced. My a/c unit went out three times before warranty went out and now we use window units because of this.

Now we have humps under the carpet throughout the whole home. We bought the home from Oasis Homes in Carlsbad NM and when I called the owner of dealership I was told I was the only one ever reporting this stuff and it must be something we are doing.

Beware of Legacy mobile homes and Oasis Homes. Very unhappy person
